this intense experience includes:

• master classes with incredible guest performers. you'll be able to talk with them, learn the tricks of the trade, and in some cases even perform for them. recent guests have included:

  • dag juhlin (solo recording artist and member of poi dog pondering, the slugs, and the goldstars;

• sessions on independent record production, including an in depth demo of digidesign's Pro Tools editing software.



• get a handle on microphone technique, monitors, and live sound in tech sessions with engineers from shure microphone.



• information on rock performance basics, including live sound engineering.



• daily group lessons with your instrument (guitar, bass, voice, drums, or keyboards)



• daily jam sessions with professional players



• interactive discussions on song writing where you'll have a chance to talk to veteran rockers about the secrets to success



• rock business discussions where you can learn about breaking into the music scene, recording, marketing and managing your music, and more. previous guests have included:
